Notes from Underground, is an exhibition as a 1:1 ratio mise en sc?ne. A small but precious art library. A summer reading challenge. A collection of artists' books selected by Mladen Bizumic. Artists working with other artists. Or graphic designers. Writers. Photographers. Composers. A sense of collective labour. Exchange and intimacy. A display unit. Inside the white cube. By the Black Sea. All of this for Baba Vasa.

Mladen Bizumic (*1976, lives and works in Vienna) is an artist who has recently held solo exhibitions at Frank Elbaz Galerie, Paris; Georg Kargl BOX, Vienna and Auckland Art Gallery, New Zealand.
